On-going support
As part of the Matwest (UK) LTD supply agreement we can provide on-going support throughout the life span of the tooling supplied by us.
With supply of broach tools only we provide a one month window whereby you can contact us and pick our brains. We understand that the rifling process is unique in that once the tooling is in cutting operation it cannot be stopped until that pass is complete.
More comprehensive support can be provided depending upon your requirements that can extend to an on-site presence during barrel boring, setup and broach cutting operations.
